Health and Nutrition

Lindsay practices in functional medicine and nutrition to provide her clients complete holistic healthcare. She considers each individual’s genetic makeup, lifestyle and environment, tailoring treatment plans and addressing specific needs to promote optimal health. Instead of just alleviating symptoms, Lindsay seeks to identify the root cause of the issue lending to more long term solutions.

Professionally Lindsay has immersed herself learning all things functional medicine and nutrition. She has advanced training though the NTA and Institute of functional medicine. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Puget Sound and her graduate work at the University of Western States.

When she is isn’t in the clinic, you will find her in her favorite role as a mommy. She and her husband love the outdoors and spend much of their time enjoying the mountains or working on their small hobby farm outside of town.
